We hit the road early and made it home safe.

On the way north we stopped to see family. It was great seeing everyone.

Almost Home

Just got back (2 AM). While hiking I slipped and fell, I broke my arm. Everyone at the hospital was very very nice. They even gave Lacy a  lollypop.

Heading North

As much as we enjoyed San Antonio it was time to move on, We were up early and on the road by 7AM. Our next stop was at a very nice campground in Beaumont TX. Lacy enjoyed the free coffee and the fishing. With all the storms the next morning we push in on to Mississippi. So far the trip has been very good. Life is what you make it.

Going thru Louisiana was amazing.

San Antonio Texas

We had a amazing time in San Antonio. Got to enjoy Fiesta San
Antonio and Family.

On the Road

We  wanted to stay in Fort Stockton a little longer but the wind got so bad we thought the RV was going to blow over that night and we got very little sleep, and a storm was coming the next day, so we decided  to hit the road and deal with the wind. We got up early and headed out the wind was high but not bad, after about two hours we heard a noise Lacy pulled over and the awning had come out. Good old duct tape save the day again.

 The rest of the trip was good and we were in our campsite 

and set up by 2 PM.

Fort Stocking Texas

We stopped in Fort Stocking on the way home.

We stopped in  EL Paso Texas to visit with family, We amazing
 Easter weekend.

Las Cruces, New Mexico

We stopped at La Cruces N.M. for two night, Went to Mesilla a very nice
town and the next morning before hitting the road
we went to the farmers market.

 

Next stop New Mexico

We were on the road early and made it to New Mexico by noon. The haze in the mountains make me wonder will we be wearing masks soon.
