Our plan was to go 150 miles to the next campground, but when we got there the campground was about 100 yards off the interstate , very noisy, no phone service and they did not have a full hook up, Lacy said “we are going to keep on rolling” after a very long day we made it to Williams AZ. We got set up, had dinner and went to bed. The next day we wanted to go up to the Grand Canyon about an hour away from us, but the winds were 35 mph with 50 mph wind gusts. So we walked up to town to check it out, It’s a very nice town on Old route 66. Our plans were to stop for three days but the next day we had 50 mph wind gusts so we added two days on to our stay. We went for a hike in the Kaibad National Forest, It was uphill all the way, we hikde about 2 ½ miles. The good thing was we could not feel the wind under the tall trees. On Friday we made it to the Grand Canyon ,The South Rim. This is a must see place, it is amazing. Hope you enjoyed my photos.

Enjoyed the Pics...Kinda remind you of the Badlands in S.D.

Loved the pictures. I know it's so much better when you are actually there. We will make it one of these days.
